The extent to which we take God at His word is the extent to which His power will be demonstrated in and through our lives.

Life is a gift, the careless handling of which indicates disrespect for the giver.

Once God’s word becomes your unchanging reality, you will live in victory, no matter who says or does what.

Unbelief in a person will greatly lessen the effect of God’s power on him or her.

Never let human opinion dictate the direction of your life. Many people who should have been blazing the trail have been relegated to the background because they allowed what others thought of them to sway them.

Doing what you know now is a prerequisite for knowing what to do later. One of Satan’s most potent tactics of deception is to lure us into worrying about the future to the point of neglecting the potential of the present.

Giving adequate mental focus to a revelation from God is an unmistakable attitude of a man or woman who will occupy his or her rightful place in God’s programme on earth.

That “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.” (Heb 13:8) is a great revelation because it underscores His unchanging nature, His eternal existence in the present, and, therefore, His timeless relevance to humanity. No wonder “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.”” (Acts 4:12 NIV).

We do not need to be in control of every circumstance around us, we only need to know and rely on the infallible and self-sufficient God, whose assurances and promises guarantee us His constant presence, irrespective of our situation. Shalom.
